Destiny Care Foundation Global is a Non-Governmental organization (NGO), registered with the corporate affairs commission (CAC) Abuja, Nigeria. It is located at No. 13 Eno Idem Street, off Okon Essien-Nepa Line, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
As a response to the increasing needs of those we serve, our organization has expanded to provide more services to elderly persons in need.
Our primary objective is to enhance the quality of lives of our home bound patients as we assist with services such as doctor’s home visits, medications/medical equipment supplies, and other essential needs to those who are not able to go to hospitals. Our focus is on elderly patients from 65 years and above.
Destiny Care Foundation Global is non-discriminatory to sex, tribe, religion or political affiliation. It focuses on providing FREE medical, psychological and spiritual support for our elders in our society.
Destiny Care Foundation Global offers individuals with chronic, serious, and terminal diseases comfort through FREE palliative care of agonizing symptoms including but not limited to the following.
- Pain and symptoms management.
- Medication management, education on actions and interactions.
- Emotional and social challenges.
- Spiritual concerns.
- Patient goals.
- Advanced directive.
